Clean hotel in a lovely building just off parking for the car as well as greenery and nature. Really helpful personnel and exceptionally nice location easy to get to the downtown. Huge and neat units available with the whole mountain view, nice views, as for instance...

We had a fantastic stay here. The staff were friendly and spoke English fairly well. They provided us with great information about the city and how to use the public transportation system. The hotel had a beautiful garden and there was ample parking on site behind a locked gate. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The hotel also served a delicious continental breakfast with homemade goods and the option to request eggs. this place was so nice and we would definitely stay here again!
It was all superb.

Loved the rustic furniture, felt like living in a Tuscan dream. The garden was a beautiful escape. Free WiFi saved my Instagram addiction. Yummy croissants for breakfast.
Woke up early to the delightful sound of traffic, but hey, who needs sleep when you're in Florence?

Upon entering the charming accommodation, we were immediately captivated by the fine view. The staff were helpful and provided us with valuable recommendations for exploring the city. Our room was cozy and impeccably clean. Despite some noise from neighboring rooms, it did not bother us. Plus, the free parking within the secure premises was a great convenience. I highly recommend this hotel for a good stay.

I always return to the cozy inn in Florence. The helpful staff even brought me bug spray during my first stay. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and cots. I'm coming back for my next business trip.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in Florence. The owner's mother, a delightful lady, made our experience truly memorable. She took care of our check-in and served us a delicious breakfast every morning with a warm smile. She even surprised us with a bottle of homemade chili oil when we asked for the recipe. The host, Simona, was incredibly friendly and provided detailed information about the bus routes and attractions in the area. The comfortable bed, typical Italian breakfast, and safe parking were additional advantages. We loved the beautiful view of the hills and felt like we were truly in Tuscany. The location was convenient, whether we chose to walk or take the bus into town.
We would recommend this hotel.

OMG, this place was mind-blowing! The staff greeted me with all the info I needed, without me even asking! The room was super spacious and comfy, and the property was surprisingly huge. Plus, free parking and a secured gate made me feel safe. The location was perfect, just a short walk or bus ride to the city center. The breakfast spread was jaw-dropping, with a variety of delicious options. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special, especially Nonna Isa. Can't wait to come back!
